Privacy
365Karate stores your email address, password hash, email verification status, membership references, learner nicknames, per-profile study ranks, weekly goals, saved journey starts, self-reported rep counters, milestone XP, practice dates, saved legacy progress, practice notes and video engagement seconds with lesson, study rank and week references. We use this information to operate your account and training tools.
Payments and playback
Stripe processes subscriptions and billing. 365Karate stores customer and subscription references, not full payment card details. Cloudflare Stream delivers videos and receives playback requests. Account emails are delivered through the hosting mail service.
Security and cookies
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Security rate limits use hashed identifiers. Your notes are shown only in your authenticated account. Hosting providers may process access logs for operation and security. Video activity tracking supports your weekly engagement history; it does not prove physical practice. No advertising tracking is included.
Free demo progress
The free Spark World demo stores practice counters in this browser on this device. Clearing site data removes them. Demo progress does not transfer into paid learner profiles or unlock member content.
Store shopping bag
The store saves product choices in this browser when storage is available. Clear your bag to remove them. A separate secure cookie protects store checkout requests. Product photos may load from the supplier’s image host. When checkout is enabled, Stripe securely processes your payment for the selected products. Verified Store orders keep a private item snapshot, payment references, fulfillment status, and the contact and shipping details needed to fulfill the order. If checkout becomes available, Stripe handles payment details; store purchases do not create a membership.
Gifts, personal greetings and referrals
Gift records include purchaser, payment, a hashed redemption code and the redeeming adult account. Personal gift greetings collect the occasion, optional custom label, recipient first or preferred name, optional requested occasion date (not a birth date), and optional short note or pronunciation. These details are saved with the purchase and sent privately to the owner recording team after confirmed payment. No recipient or child email is required. The purchaser and redeemed adult can view the request; only the redeemed adult account can access the finished recording. Historical birthday requests retain their month/day and earlier reusable greeting. Referral records link the referring adult and newly registered friend and retain payment and credit status. We do not show a friend’s email address in referral status.
Your information
Contact support to request access to or deletion of your account information. Billing records may need to be retained where required. Do not include sensitive personal information in practice notes.
